Shipping & Exchange Fees

If you wish to exchange an item, the cost of shipping the product back to us is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and approve the exchanged item, Coconut Label will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.

Please ensure that the item is securely packed and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for an exchange.
