SHOPPING INFORMATION
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. A digital tax invoice is sent to your registered email after your order is confirmed and will also be included with your shipment whenever applicable.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
For prepaid orders, payment is securely processed at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when your package is delivered.
What is wishlist?
Wishlist lets you save your favorite styles so you can easily find and shop them later without searching again.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately after placing your order for assistance.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Package Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment in real time. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link with the latest delivery updates.
