1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (extra charges may apply)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen events like weather, strikes, or festivals.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹99 on orders below ₹999
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999
Express Shipping: ₹149 (optional at checkout)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS. You can track your package on our courier partner’s website or via the “My Orders” section of your account.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery services such as:

India Post (for select PIN codes)

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you for re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
