At Coconut Label, we strive to ensure you love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product
Size or fitting issues
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Items such as bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To request a return:
Email us at Shaifalihnlu@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will guide you with pickup or drop instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the status.
Note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer. You’ll be contacted for your details.
Refunds are processed only after the product passes quality check.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original one.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, undergarments, and customized outfits
Sale or discounted products
Products showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at Shaifalihnlu@gmail.com
If shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
